John Parker's reflections on Perry

Sometimes John Parker comes to visit. And we put him to work! Here are his reflections from this year:

"Camp Perry is an amazing place. NRA, CMP, and OHNG join together for two months out of the year to have amazing National Matches. This year NRA had more staff out here than ever, helping to improve the matches in any way they can. The NRA Store especially was much improved.

But the most amazing thing about Perry is the volunteers. Without the volunteers the National Matches could never happen. A big thanks goes out to them; and to the NRA Information Services division, and especially Joe Galanick. Without his expertise, the new systems we have in place could have never been running more smoothly. We hope to see you all again next year!"

JP was out here three separate weeks manning the NRA Store, which we blogged about earlier. We're trying to talk him into blogging his entire journey back to northern Virginia in the U-Haul full of NRA gear. Wouldn't that be fun?

That would be fun. Could I call you Bubba? In fact, can I just start calling you Bubba at work?

I thought comments were supposed to be about the article/picture displayed. Perhaps you could ease away from the random banter.
