I have the preliminary bulletin and the results should go final this afternoon. The match was sponsored by Winchester Ammunition. The course of fire was individual Dewar Metallic sights, starting at 100 yards.
The competitors can only use equipment made in America. There are two categories: Factory and Modified.
Ed Huskins finished in first with a 399-30X. Hap Rocketto finished in second-modified with a score of 397-23X. Allen J. Elliott was third with 396-23X. Robert T. Okeson was awarded the title of “Most Original Gun”; he shot a 374-10X.
