City of Albuquerque Deputy Chief of Police Michael Castro received an award from the Trinidad & Tobago police department during NPSC today.
Corporal Andrew Williams, pictured to the left of the Chief, had this to say about their decision to honor him: "Last year when I got home from NPSC 2007, I told our Police Department about the Chief, and we decided to give an award … based on his camaraderie and helpfulness."
He and his fellow Trinidad & Tobago team members came back this year with more practice under their belts.
"We're doing pretty good — we're doing better this year than last year, because we knew what to prepare for," he said. "And we'll be back next year, too."
"This has been an experience we will never forget."
