Free Socks!

Ryan Finney is excited to be representing his new company, point6, at NPSC's Law Enforcement Exposition. “We’re just starting out, and the law enforcement community is a prime part of our audience,” he said from his booth in Building A.

Stop by and introduce yourself and Ryan will explain the concept behind point6’s made-in-the-usa, premium wool socks. Oh, and if you ask nicely, he’ll give you a complimentary pair. (My review: I’m wearing mine right now—medium weight, in grey—and give them two thumbs up. I wish the company existed during the four winters I spent in Iowa!) Hurry, though, as he's only here today and tomorrow.

The Colorado-based company got its name, if you were wondering, from the optimum body temperature of 98.6, which its wool helps to maintain, regardless of outdoor temperature.

In an effort to “cut out middlemen,” point6 has no retailers. You order direct from its web site, saving something like 30%. And, orders of $50 or more receive free shipping! What's not to love?

I'll be profiling one vendor a day through Wednesday when the Exposition closes. Let me know if you'd like to be next!
