Day one is done

The first day is completed. The rain created a little bit of a damper but they’re expecting sun for the next two days. This is the first day that we’ve ever blogged from a National Championship; I’d like to hear any comments that you have about this. This is still a growing process for us, and we’re always looking to improve.

Please check back tomorrow evening when I return to the hotel. Tomorrow evening they’ll be roasting turkey over an open fire. Last year they did a whole pig. It was good but I was never a big fan of pork. Turkey is a different story. Yum!
